Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, and in the same condition as when you received it
- With the original tags attached
- In its original packaging
To initiate a return, simply contact us at adoracollectionltd@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process and provide further details.
If your return is approved, you will be responsible for covering all costs associated with returning the item.
Kindly note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can address the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchange policy
We offer exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached to be eligible for an exchange.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
